We ship Priority Mail unless plants are very large. For larger plants, we will determine best way to ship at the time of sale. If you are concerned about your plant arriving in good shape, ask for insurance. We are no less concerned about your plant arriving safely than you are, but we cannot be held responsible for damage in transit. We package responsibly with the hope that the plants and seeds we’ve produced will arrive at your door intact and ready to assume their place in your garden. Plants are like people. They like to stay where they are most comfortable, and long trips can leave them frazzled and distressed – imagine yourself boxed, traveling cross country in August! When your plant arrives, unpack it quickly and administer a drink of water. Place it in a location where it may receive filtered light for a few days before you plant it in it’s permanent location. If your package arrives damaged as a result of rough handling during shipment, please address your complaint to the package carrier. Make sure to take a photograph before you contact the carrier and do not open your package until you have done so.

We cannot ship to Arizona.
We do not ship plant orders internationally. We do ship seed overseas, but we do not supply phyto-sanitary certificates. If your country requires such certification, please do not order, as seeds will probably be confiscated by customs. If you do not require phyto-sanitary certificates, but you have a special request for packaging or information for customs forms, please let us know at point of sale. Shipping seed internationally can be risky. As a result, we cannot take responsibility for orders lost in transit.

We accept payment through PayPal only. No credit cards, money orders, checks or foreign currency, please. U.S. Dollars only. E-checks are available via PayPal. Your order will be shipped when your E-check clears. If you wish to charge your order, you can do exactly that through your PayPal account!
